WHY INDIA NEEDS STARTUPS NOW MORE THAN EVER

2016 was a year that waited with bated breath because the market watchers were keen to ascertain how the start-up environment in India panned out. The giants during this sector weren't spared too. Flip kart struggled to stay pace with Amazon's aggressive growth and Snap deal fell further behind and is risking anonymity following its failure to acquire Jabong. The likes of Ola are on the incorrect end of the facility struggle within the Indian market share as Uber is flush with funds and full focussed following its merger with the Chinese rivals Didi Chuxing. Thus, to fathom the thought of forming a start-up seems foolhardy. However, while the large names may falter, there remains a scarcity of options that remain for the start-ups to unravel.
